Ciao, ma per fare il collaudo e aggiornare il libretto, oltre al nulla osta, occorre anche una dichiarazione di montaggio di un'officina?

Immagino tu ti riferisca al nulla osta per i cerchi maggiorati.
Se è così a me non l'hanno chiesto (preistoria, anno 2004).
Qualcuno che l'ha fatto più recentemente saprà esserti di maggior aiuto.
