Hi justinfox.

A great selection of cars, I've been looking at R32 GTRs just recently. It seems a real con to have to pay annually for custom license plates!! Here in the Uk they can be made up for maximum £50 (about 70 Euros or so).

justinfox Posted - 09 Jul 2005 : 01:33:43
Yes we only get the SMT :(

I like it, but already find it very slow up upshifts. Ruins a lot of the fun but it's aok for a daily driver in the city traffic.

The custom license plates are not cheap. $400AUD a year!!! But if you love your car then it's worth it! We can get custom plates in colours now too. :)

Hi Justin, your 147 was great (and I love your customized immatriculation plate! How much for it in Australia? In Italy isn't possible yet... ), what model/version was it?

Is it true that in Australia all MR2s are sold in SMT version only?

Hi Justin and welcome here.

They are 17" by Italian brand "Millemiglia" (something like "1Kmiles" ) and I don't know if you can easily find them in Australia beneath they are sold in a lot of countries.

I hope to see you again here and to see some pics of your car too...

P.S.: and, please, don't forget to partecipate to our "precats issue international survey" with your info about Toyota Australia...

Non è vero, le frecciatine non sono il mio forte
